Recruitment: Senior Research and Development Expert (Ph.D.)

Job Description: (Related to fuel cells, familiar with fuel cells, catalyst layer, and gas diffusion layer)

1. Responsible for the research and development of fuel cell products, promoting technological innovation and improving product performance;

2. Responsible for formulating research and development plans and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality research results for the projects;

3. Conduct research on technical problems in the projects and propose solutions;

4. Coordinate the work of team members to ensure the projects are completed on time and to quality standards;

5. Track industry trends and technological development directions, and provide suggestions for the company's technological development. 

Job Requirements:

1. A doctoral degree is preferred, with candidates having a background in chemistry, materials science or electrochemistry being given priority.

2. At least 5 years of research experience in fuel cells, lithium-ion batteries or related fields is required.

3. Familiarity with battery principles, electrolytes, electrode materials, and related technologies and preparation processes, as well as performance testing methods is necessary.

4. Excellent skills in experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving are required.

5. Outstanding communication, teamwork, and project management abilities are necessary.

6. Responsible and able to work efficiently under pressure.
