W-Seal W71 is a screw sealant with water-based butyl latex as the main component, having toughness and elasticity. It can be widely used on general threads, and can also be applied to special threads such as straight threads and conical threads. It forms an elastic material membrane like a tailor-made one on the thread, blocking oils and chemicals and ensuring a tight joint of the pipe fittings. It does not lose its elasticity even at high temperatures or low temperatures, and can exert a sufficient sealing effect at the combined point after tightening.

W-Masking refers to applying special PFA resin on the threaded teeth to prevent welding splashes and the adhesion of electrophoretic paint to the threaded teeth part of the threaded teeth protection coating. W-Silicon is a two-component organic silicone addition system, used for FIPG applications of plastics and metal electronic components, dam sealing, shell sealing, lamp controller sealing, domain controller DCU, head-up display HUD, driver detection DMS and other vehicle electronic shell sealing.

Currently, it has launched its own brand adhesives, such as chemical adhesives U-GRIP53 and W-GRIP, etc. Among them, U-GRIP53 has been applied to the intelligent wearable series products of major customers in North America and has achieved mass production and supply.

Nylon adhesive anti-loosening utilizes the huge rebound property of special engineering resin materials to exert a powerful anti-loosening effect at the threaded part, transforming the commonly used screws into permanent and strong anti-loosening screws.

U-Grip53 is a microcapsule type, room-temperature curing, environmentally friendly adhesive, used to enhance the locking and sealing of threaded fasteners. It contains microencapsulated epoxy resin suspended in the hardener.

V-GRIP53's raw materials are based on a new type of environmentally friendly bonding technology, developed with a safe and rapid concept. It is resistant to various liquids, such as antifreeze, gasoline, engine oil, brake fluid, etc.; it can be connected to various finished fasteners; the coating dries evenly and can effectively prevent the coating surface from whitening.

W-Grip is a single-component, environmentally friendly solvent-based, double-capsule, pre-coated dry film threaded locking adhesive. The product is based on microcapsule acrylic ester, a solvent-free coating similar to varnish, used for the sealing and locking of threaded parts. Its locking and sealing properties are only effective when the capsules rupture due to shear and pressure stress and the adhesive is allowed to cure. It provides consistent and predictable torque values, and can cure without heating or priming.

W-SEAL can form a gasket-like seal to prevent liquid and gas leakage under pressure. The coating permanently fuses to the supporting surface of the fastener. When the screw is installed in the final position with the mating component, the W-SEAL element will slightly compress and fill the gap between the head bearing surface and the countersunk/through-hole.
