Job Responsibilities: (Soft, Hard, and Soft-Hard Copper or Aluminum Conductor Structure Design Engineer)

1. Responsible for the structural design of the soft (hard) copper or aluminum conductor for new energy vehicles. Prepare relevant design plans based on project requirements, conduct DFM feasibility evaluations, and provide product cost quotations, etc.

2. Based on customer development requirements, formulate technical design solutions, organize structure design review and structure verification plan review.

3. Refine the structure design, draw engineering drawings (including assembly drawings, component assembly drawings, part drawings, packaging specifications, BOM, process flow diagrams), etc., and prepare design technical documents. Review and issue structure drawings.

4. Participate in reliability verification work, including verification of the manufacturing process of structural components, and participation in technical verification related to structural components input by the customer. Participate in the reliability verification of battery structural components, including verification of the manufacturing process of structural components and technical verification related to structural components input by the customer.

5. Develop structural component design standards, general design specifications for materials, overall design, reduce design complexity and costs, and be able to carry out guidance work with the aim of low cost, high efficiency, and safety.

6. Guide and lead engineers to complete design work, solve design problems, overcome technical difficulties, identify potential risks of new structures, and be able to solve and maintain production stability for trial production issues with sufficient experience.

7. Compile and archive technical documents (OTS/PPAP/APQP), provide cross-departmental technical support. 



Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical or mechatronics, with experience in product structure design preferred.

2. Familiar with forming processes such as metal stamping, welding, and surface treatment.

3. Strong time management skills, able to effectively prioritize tasks and coordinate project progress.

4. Proficient in using professional drawing software such as AutoCAD, Pro/E, SolidWorks, etc. and familiar with PPAP, PFMEA, SOP, etc. document processing.

5. Capable of withstanding work pressure, meticulous in work, having strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, and possessing good teamwork spirit.
