Job Description: Responsible for cost control, internal processes, R&D system, abnormal improvement, customer project development and solution guidance, participation in customer professional

meetings, in-depth discussion on professional die-cutting matters, project management skills, and handling of abnormal situations. 


Lead and complete the company's new product research and development tasks, and formulate and implement the annual or quarterly new product development plans. 

2. Be responsible for the application and review of new product projects, as well as the compilation of product technical documents. 

3. Organize product design analysis and research, understand market demands, and participate in market competition analysis 

4. Provide constructive suggestions for the company's product design plans, and guide the trial production and verification of the products. 

5. Be responsible for organizing the introduction of new products, analyzing and summarizing the results of process control, and proposing improvement measures. 

6. Coordinate communication and cooperation among various departments, and promptly resolve various problems that arise both internally and externally. 

7. Other related tasks assigned by superiors 


Position Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree or above, and relevant work experience is preferred. 

2.5 years or more of experience in product development in the manufacturing industry. Candidates with a PMP certificate will be given priority. 

3. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, and be capable of independently completing the development and implementation of the project. 

4. Possess strong market sensitivity, be capable of quickly grasping industry trends, be familiar with market operation rules, and be skilled at establishing good relationships with clients. 

5. Strong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork spirit
